Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About the Role
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full‑ and part‑time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in‑home care to clients in Wytheville, VA and surrounding communities. If you are not yet certified, the company will cover your Personal Care Aide training at no cost. The organization is client‑driven with a mission to lift up every community it serves, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support its Care Family in meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines such as medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office of any changes in the client’s condition or needs.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, dependable attitude.
