Entry Level Canvasser - Lead Generator

About the role

Join the fastest-growing team in Spokane as a Direct Marketing Associate. You’ll be the face of Renewal by Andersen, engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. Help customers envision how our industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Pay

Set hourly rate of $20, with uncapped commissions. Most team members average $25–$30 per hour, while top performers average $35–$40 per hour and can exceed $100,000 annually.

Schedule

32.5–36 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
