About the role

Join the Fastest-Growing Team in Spokane! Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is looking for driven, energetic, and outgoing Direct Marketing Associates who love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Internally, this position is known as Direct Marketing and is part of our Non-Traditional Marketing team, a group focused on innovative, face-to-face ways of connecting with homeowners. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation

Pay

Hourly base rate of $24 with uncapped commissions. Most team members average $25–$30 per hour; top performers average $35–$40 per hour, with top performers exceeding $100,000 per year.

Schedule

32.5–36 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
