Entry Level Call Center Representative (Immediate Consideration)

About the role

This position involves taking back-to-back inbound calls, sitting at a desk, working on a computer, navigating two monitors and several programs to assist members with questions regarding their account, specifically consumer loan related requests. We are looking for individuals who are dependable and committed to quickly resolving needs while providing excellent service to company account holders.

Responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back inbound calls from account holders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills

Schedule

Start dates: November 23 or November 30

Training: 15 working days (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm) consisting of 10–11 days of trainer-led instruction and on-the-job training plus 5 days of field exercises on the phone. Immediately after training, a 10‑day nesting period follows (same training schedule) with one‑hour debriefs and extra procedural guidance. Approximately 10 business days after nesting, 12–15 days of bridge training (scheduled separately from regular shift) is required for conversion consideration.

Post‑training shifts: Monday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday flexible schedule; candidates must be open to working weekends (Saturday or Sunday). Flexible start times between 11 am and 2:30 pm. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance; representatives work five days per week.

Hybrid transition: After release to hybrid, the following are required: minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload via Ethernet (no satellite, hotspots, wireless point‑to‑point, extenders, Wi‑Fi, or pay‑per‑data services); workstation within 8–12 feet of modem/router with direct Ethernet connection (two ports needed, cables provided); adequate desk space for two monitors, phone, keyboard, and mouse; distraction‑free workspace (no family, children, barking dogs, TV, etc.); previously established, non‑shared high‑speed internet (client
