Entry Level Call Center Rep
About the role

Responsibilities
- Support customers through phone and chat
- Aid with account management, billing questions, content inquiries, and basic site/app navigation
- Resolve common issues related to streaming services, devices, and network functionality
- Recommend products and services during customer interactions
- Document customer issues clearly and accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and common streaming devices
- Ability to work on-site in San Antonio during the contract period and live within 30 miles of the office

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Range: $17.75 - $17.75/hr
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM for the first 12 weeks, then typically from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Work arrangement: Fully on-site for the initial 4-month contract period, then eligible to work remotely after successful conversion to full-time employee status
