Entry Level Banking Training Opportunity

About the role

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program providing young adults with in-classroom skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways. Participants also receive an educational stipend.

Customer Experience Job Training Pathway

This pathway combines technical and professional training in Banking, offering access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement. Internships may be at companies like Morgan Stanley or Bank of America in the Salt Lake City area.

Eligibility

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
