About the Role

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience performing basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience isn't required—training will be provided for all necessary skills.

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct automotive preventative maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior-level automotive technicians to expand your skills.
• Develop excellent guest service through clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (e.g., tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Adherence to established safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15–$17 per hour. Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Schedule

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
