Certified Benz & Beemer is now accepting applications for the Certified Benz & Beemer Sales Academy—a professional training program designed to develop the next generation of luxury automotive Product Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Learn the professional sales process
• Gain knowledge of luxury vehicle products
• Develop customer communication skills
• Master digital retailing techniques
• Practice objection handling and negotiation skills
• Deliver vehicle presentations and test drives
• Understand market-based pricing strategies
• Build long-term customer relationships

• Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, customer service, management, or another customer-focused profession is beneficial but not required

Schedule

Pay

The pay for graduates of the Certified Benz & Beemer Sales Academy is commensurate with their performance and experience, with the potential to earn significantly more than $75,000 per year.
