Entry Level Automotive PDR Technician – Paid Training Included

The Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – Trainee position offers paid training, transportation, lodging, and meals, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process on various vehicles.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Positive attitude, aptitude with hand tools, and interest in learning a new skill (no prior experience needed).

Pay

Starting compensation expected at $21.00 per hour. Training is paid at the hourly rate, then transitions to a phased combination of hourly wage and commission as you build your customer base. Commission‑based uncapped earning potential, with long‑term earnings projected between $60,000 and $150,000+.
