Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant (2nd Shift)

About the role

Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500, is hiring for entry-level auto roles at our Inspection Center. In these entry-level positions, you'll have a number of roles to choose from:

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
• Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects

Pay

$15.00 - $16.00 hourly (based on level of experience)

Schedule

We offer two shifts at this location. All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

• First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
• Second shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-3am

Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools — must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
