Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant (2nd Shift)

About the Role

We’re hiring for entry-level auto roles at Carvana, offering a variety of positions:

• Detailer: Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: Moving vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: Taking photos of our vehicles so customers can view them in our spinners
• Inspection Associate: Inspecting the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identifying any imperfections or defects

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 hourly (based on level of experience).

Schedule

We offer two shifts at this location. All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

• First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
• Second shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-3am

Our inspection center is located at: 63 Pierce Rd, Winder, Georgia, 30680.

Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools—must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment, including but not limited to face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
