Entry Level AutoCAD Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a motivated AutoCAD Engineer to join an established engineering team that designs and supports custom equipment for the foundation construction, drilling, and grouting industries. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional who wants to grow technical skills while contributing innovative ideas to product development and manufacturing processes. You will help design and modify custom equipment, manufacturing drawings, and engineered solutions, working closely with operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams to improve existing products and develop new solutions. The role is based in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment focused on the design and production of grouting equipment for geotechnical, deep foundation, construction, tunneling, mining, and infrastructure projects. The facility produces high-shear colloidal grout mixers, grout plants, grout pumps, paddle mixers, cement silos, agitation tanks, and related equipment that support large-scale foundation and construction work, as well as rental equipment, replacement parts, technical support, and customized equipment solutions. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will work closely with a tight-knit engineering and manufacturing team and have direct access to leadership, offering the opportunity to influence products, processes, and engineering decisions within a family-oriented, long-established organization. This is a Permanent position based out of Winchester, VA.
