Entry-level Auto Technician (2nd Shift)

About the role

As an Entry‑Level Technician you’ll work in a high‑tech Inspection Center, performing light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial vehicle inspections to identify imperfections or needed repairs during the reconditioning process. You’ll use state‑of‑the‑art tools and receive training to help your skills and pay progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance on vehicles
• Conduct fluid checks
• Carry out initial inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed throughout the reconditioning process
• Use state‑of‑the‑art tools in the Inspection Center
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance pay

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, including exposure to heat/cold
• Willingness to use required safety equipment (face shield/goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.)
• Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs

Qualifications

No formal education beyond the experience requirement is specified; candidates must meet the physical and licensing requirements listed above.
