Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift)

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Entry Level Assembler for 1st shift.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $19.80 per hour, plus eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Schedule

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and repair as necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks to produce high-quality devices
• Handle all materials used in the cell and move finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures
• Identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption

Requirements

• Must stand up to 8 hours a day
• Requires hand speed and mental agility
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail (accuracy)
• Ability to work consistent overtime
• Proficient using hand/power tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited association
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical limitation)
