Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience with REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Established digital and traditional rendering and graphics abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial, and LEED AP is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited university required.
- Minimum of (1) year of internship experience with an architectural firm is required.
- Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with goal of licensure.
Qualifications
- Competent in Revit (BIM), SketchUp and other modeling programs.
- Skillful in Creative Adobe Suite applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A design portfolio or sampling of work will be required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial, and LEED AP is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Benefits
Salary Range: $66,969 - $69,469 annually.
