Architectural Designer - Entry Level

About the role

Benchmark Group is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their Project Team of Choice. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks.
• Develop construction documents for multiple types of projects using REVIT.
• Perform minimal travel as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years architecture experience, architectural college technical course work, or a combination of both is required.
• Demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• One-year applicable work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.

Skills

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of REVIT for design and development of construction documents.
