Architectural Designer - Entry Level

Benchmark Group is seeking a dynamic, talented Architectural Designer to join its Project Team of Choice. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, a creative problem‑solver with attention to detail, and a dependable team player committed to achieving excellence.

Responsibilities

• Utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team environment.
• Perform a variety of design tasks across multiple project types.
• Develop construction documents using Revit (basic understanding preferred).
• Occasionally travel as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of architecture experience, architectural college technical coursework, or a combination of both.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of applicable work experience with demonstrated skill in Revit and/or AutoCAD.

• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
