About the role

Desert Luxe Hardscape is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Appointment Setters for their Turf Division. This role offers the chance to earn strong commissions during the summer while developing high-income sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods generating interest in turf services
• Speak with homeowners and educate them on the benefits of artificial turf
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Build rapport and create positive customer interactions
• Track leads and appointments using company systems
• Work closely with team leaders to improve performance and results
• Consistently hit daily and weekly appointment goals

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
