We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Verify invoice approvals and coding details
• Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Aid with month-end accounting activities and special projects

Requirements

• Average of 0-2 years of accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
• A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
