Responsibilities

• Applying cash receipts
• Entering accounts payable invoices
• Billing
• Collections
• Credit checks
• Verifying invoice accuracy
• Communicating with vendors and customers
• Working with other employees to resolve internal accounting issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• Handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with computer systems
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment
