About the role

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is recruiting an Entry-Level Staff Accountant for a hospitality services company in the Central Houston area.

Responsibilities

• General ledger account reconciliation
• Financial statements preparation
• Journal entries creation
• Month-end closing process
• A/P and A/R processing
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• BBA/BS in Accounting - required
• 0-1 years of experience, with accounting internships or work experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills (piviot tables/vlookups)
