About the role

Huber Specialty Hydrates in Bauxite, Arkansas is seeking candidates for a Packaging position. Packaging employees are responsible for the bagging and warehousing of finished products, including filling 50lb bags, large supersacks, and railcars.

• Filling 50lb bags, large supersacks, and railcars

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Previous industrial manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screening

Physical Job Requirements

• Perform bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items
• Lift or move materials weighing up to 50lbs
• Work in elevated areas, including ascending/descending ladders, scaffolding, and portable work areas/platforms

Work Conditions

• Production environment with exposure to elements such as dust, noise, chemicals, extreme cold, and heat
• Mandatory use of applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Work inside and/or outside in various environments
• Alternate/rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
