Entrepreneurship Program Manager, Founders School - $200,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain daily execution momentum across your assigned student portfolio using standups, coaching conversations, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and daily check-ins that support students in overcoming roadblocks and sustaining forward progress.
• Track student performance in FounderOS, detect stalled momentum early, and arrange support resources as necessary.
• Facilitate connections between students and mentors, founders, operators, and growth opportunities.
• Design and lead workshops, events, and community activities that deepen culture and elevate performance expectations.
• Demonstrate practical AI application and guide students in integrating AI into their businesses, daily workflows, and strategic thinking.
• Accompany students on 3-4 school trips annually.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Delivering in-depth strategic business consulting as students develop their companies.
• Tolerating performance beneath a student's proven capability.
• Teaching traditional academic subjects.
• Leading workshops in areas outside your expertise.
• Offering generic resources or introductions that fail to meet Founders School's standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in leadership roles or high-impact individual contributor positions within startups, growth-stage companies, or comparably rigorous environments.
• Comfort engaging in entrepreneurial discussions and knowing when to involve specialized expertise.
• A unique strength beyond coaching: workshop facilitation, event design, content creation, community building, relationship cultivation, or another equally impactful skill.
• The capacity to capture the attention of ambitious teenagers and build an environment they are eager to join.
• The capacity to provide challenging feedback in ways that elevate motivation and performance.
• Daily engagement with AI tools, supported by concrete examples of how AI enhances your output.
• Availability to work on-site in New York City (relocation assistance available).
• Work authorization for the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Founded or co-founded a business.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing programs for teenagers or young adults.
• An established network of founders, operators, investors, or mentors.
• Early-stage startup experience involving multiple roles and building systems from the ground up.
