Entrepreneurship Program Manager, Founders School - $200,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead daily execution and forward momentum across your assigned student cohort via standups, coaching touchpoints, and accountability frameworks.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one coaching meetings and daily progress check-ins that enable students to navigate challenges and sustain forward movement.
• Track student activity within FounderOS, detect early signs of stagnation, and mobilize appropriate support resources as needed.
• Introduce students to mentors, entrepreneurs, operational leaders, and opportunities that catalyze their development.
• Organize workshops, gatherings, and shared experiences that deepen culture and elevate performance expectations.
• Demonstrate applied AI usage and support students in embedding AI within their ventures, systems, and strategic thinking.
• Accompany students on 3-4 school trips annually.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Delivering in-depth strategic business advisory as students develop their ventures.
• Tolerating outcomes that fall short of a student's proven capacity.
• Instructing traditional academic coursework.
• Facilitating workshops beyond your core competencies.
• Offering broad, undifferentiated resources or introductions inconsistent with Founders School quality standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in leadership positions or high-impact individual contributor capacities within startups, scaling organizations, or equivalently rigorous settings.
• Comfort participating in entrepreneurial discussions and recognizing when specialized expertise should be engaged.
• A notable capability beyond coaching: event orchestration, workshop delivery, content development, community cultivation, network expansion, or another comparably impactful skill.
• The capacity to capture and hold the focus of motivated teenagers and foster an environment they are eager to join.
• The skill to communicate challenging feedback in ways that strengthen drive and elevate output.
• Routine application of AI tools with concrete demonstrations of how AI enhances your productivity.
• Readiness to work on-site in New York City (relocation assistance available).
• Valid authorization for employment in the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Lauunched or co-launched your own business.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or managing programs targeting teenagers or emerging adults.
• Established connections with founders, operators, investors, or mentors.
• Startup experience in early phases where you managed diverse responsibilities and created foundational systems.
