Entrepreneurial Project Architect

Major Responsibilities

• Conveys the directions from the Project Manager to all CD team members.
• Ensures that the project conforms to the contractual technical requirements and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
• Effectively manages project CD budget to ensure profitability.
• Effectively manages project to ensure completion of CD’s within allocated time constraints.
• Maintains ongoing, positive and productive relationship with consultants.
• Effectively and proactively coaches, mentors, and provides performance-enhancing feedback to CD team members.
• Implements the firm’s processes to reduce risks and ensure uniform quality in all production of the CD’s.
• Safeguards the CD’s demonstrate efficiency, quality assurance and code compliance.

Job Requirements

• A B.S. or B.A. in Architecture.
• An architectural license required or in process of obtaining.
• Construction Document creation experience.
• The ability to manage small groups.
• Basic presentation skills, both verbal and graphic.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience with Residential, Multifamily, and/or Commercial projects.
