About the role

A1 is an AI startup focused on building a smart assistant that enhances everyday tasks. Our system needs to be reliable, handle complex tasks, and adapt to various scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
  • Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
  • Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
  • Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements.
  • Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited structure.
  • Strong execution skills and bias toward action.
  • High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges.
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Strong alignment with A1's mission and ambition.
