Entity Data Management - Data Quality Analyst

Seasoned professional role applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows within the Reference Data Services function.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality and quality assurance functions over gold-source reference data, confirming validity and accuracy of entity data.
• Coordinate collection of Control Assessment and/or Audit-related deliverables, adhering to strict delivery timelines and ensuring accuracy.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for critical control enhancements applicable to this function.
• Recommend and maintain new or existing work procedures with broader scope and impact.
• Address variable and occasionally complex issues with substantial potential impact, weighing alternatives and balancing conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
• Assume informal or formal leadership roles within teams, including coaching and training new recruits.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to ethical standards to safeguard Citigroup’s reputation and assets.
• Directly impact the area through shared responsibility for end results, planning, budget management, and procedure formulation; influence resource planning.
• Operate with limited direct supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of prior operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $77,280.00 - $115,920.00. Available offerings may vary by jurisdiction, job level, and date of hire.
