Entitlements Manager

As an Entitlements Manager, you will play a key role in decisions that help build dream homes—where families create memories, raise children, and plan their futures. Responsibilities

• Handle entitlements related to land development, working with internal departments, city and county government agencies, and subcontractors to satisfy all entitlement contingencies for assigned communities.
• Ensure all plans and required submittals are processed with the appropriate government body to obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop entitlement strategies, submissions, and presentations as needed.
• Obtain entitlement and permit approvals for projects while maintaining community schedules.
• Prepare and manage project schedules through the permitting process, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate land surveys, easements, and work with surveyors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure work is completed as required.
• Manage all aspects of bond exoneration.
• Coordinate with homeowner's associations to resolve project-related issues through community closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Urban Planning, Construction, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
