About the role

The travel consultant is this primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation towards the Entertainment and Media customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related product.

Responsibilities

  • Research, book, and manage travel reservations using approved tools and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel industry regulations.
  • Provide travelers with travel options, recommendations, and relevant travel advice.
  • Communicate accurate information on fares, exchanges, refunds, fees, and penalties.
  • Aid in travel documentation and regulatory requirements, including passports, visas, TSA, and DOT guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of travel conditions and Media & Entertainment industry trends.
  • Support client programs and company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in the travel industry, preferably with Entertainment Travel experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of Media and Entertainment industry travel processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work: Monday - Friday 12 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.

Skills

  • Experience in the travel industry, preferably with Entertainment Travel experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of Media and Entertainment industry travel processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills.

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Entertainment Travel Consultant II is between $58,000 and $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 12 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
