Responsibilities

• Aiding in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Developing the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events and assisting them in entering and exiting the community vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience are required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members is essential.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time is necessary.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
