About the role
The Spectrum Story is full of compassion, hard work, and fun. This role involves assisting in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
- Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar.
- Procuring performers and providing seminars.
- Maintaining the resident library.
- Driving residents to events.
- Assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
