ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR

Position Summary

The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and administering headline and lounge entertainment programs with the purpose of creating the best possible guest entertainment experience.

Essential Functions

• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Cook up the usher program and labor needs for concert and show execution.
• Build events in ticketing systems and assist with printing, distribution and tracking for all indoor and outdoor concert and events.
• Create and maintain BEO's for all entertainment.
• Maintain and update Marketing Distribution List, Entertainment calendar and any other administrative or marketing needs.
• Aid with entertainment venue (including ticket sales and registration, seating guests, fulfilling requests by entertainers and guest services).
• Build and maintain relationships across the business to coordinate Entertainment needs.
• Maintain, organize and keep green rooms stocked with needed beverage and other items artist may request.
• Set signage and stanchions as needed for indoor and outdoor concerts and events.
• Aid with other department events such as special event, promotions, etc.
