Entertainment Ambassador

About the role

The Entertainment Ambassador creates an engaging environment for guests by leading interactive activities, performances, and character appearances at a family-focused entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Interact personally with guests and lead child-friendly activities such as arts and crafts, games, and themed events.
• Perform branded experiences like Storytime, Dance Parties, Yoga, and Master Magi Ceremonies according to standards.
• Manage character appearances, including learning non-verbal communication, guiding characters, and maintaining costumes.
• Represent the venue positively both on- and off-site, embodying core values and mission.
• Participate in seasonal and community events, support inventory management, and ensure a safe, clean environment during activities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing in front of large groups through speaking, dancing, or acting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in entertainment, dance, or theater preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to interpret safety and operation manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and wear character costumes.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior experience working with children is a plus.
