Responsibilities
- Engineering, sustaining, and maintaining a large, complex, and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
- Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise voice, video, and data networks, including WAN connectivity and distributed environments.
- Performing system maintenance, capacity planning, and configuration changes while ensuring accurate technical documentation.
- Implementing and supporting call routing components such as calling search spaces, route plans, route lists, route partitions, and device profiles.
- Analyzing and resolving complex SIP signaling, call-flow, media, and remote site registration issues across enterprise environments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience with enterprise voice and network engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms such as CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, or Avaya Aura.
- Advanced skills in SIP internetworking, fault isolation, and troubleshooting across routing, switching, security, and large-scale voice implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8750 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
