About the Opportunity:The ENTERPRISE TOOLS BUSINESS ANALYST role is designed to support the Enterprise team by gathering and analyzing requirements to facilitate process and system improvements. This position acts as a crucial liaison among stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and end users, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into actionable functional requirements and user stories. The role contributes to backlog management, testing coordination, and documentation to align solutions with organizational objectives. Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteriaSupport backlog management and testing coordinationFacilitate meetings and prepare documentationCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and end usersEnsure solutions meet program goals and operational needs Requirements:US CitizenshipAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust ClearanceBachelor's DegreeExperience as Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile teamsSkilled in translating business needs into functional and technical requirementsExperience leading projects from concept through delivery and implementationFamiliarity with data analytics and business intelligence platformsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimizationStrong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, product owners, and customer experience membersProficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
