About the role

The Enterprise Success Manager plays a pivotal role in the Customer Success organization at Candidly. They are responsible for a portfolio of high-ARR and high-growth-potential enterprise accounts, ensuring that the Candidly platform meets and exceeds customer needs. This position requires a deep understanding of the Candidly product and a proven track record of influencing key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts
  • Actively engage with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers
  • Streamline meeting prep and account documentation using AI-assisted tools
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer objectives
  • Communicate progress on success plans internally and externally
  • Generate excitement for new or developing products through marketing, product, and sales initiatives
  • Optimize processes and continuously improve the customer experience
  • Document all communication with customers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Foster a culture of professionalism and customer advocacy

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management
  • Experience servicing institutional clients of all sizes, with a focus on large enterprises
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to build authentic business relationships
  • Experience working with and influencing key decision-makers at VP level and above
  • Comfortable creating and adopting AI-assisted workflows to scale account coverage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to both small and large audiences
  • Accountability, organization, and time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Proactive and responsive attitude, with a track record of acting as customer champions
  • Experience building, evaluating, and optimizing processes, including large-scale integrations
  • A team-player with a proven track record of excelling in fast-moving environments and taking initiative

Qualifications

  • Expertise in the Candidly platform and a strong commitment to the company's mission
  • Ability to simplify complexity through storytelling and provide outstanding customer service
  • Experience in employee and group benefits, including retirement, health, financial wellness, and student debt benefits
  • Background in supporting employee and group benefits
  • Experience working with CRMs and Customer Success platforms (such as ChurnZero)
  • Management experience preferred
