About the role
The Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager will lead the development and implementation of enterprise solutions within the Security & IT department. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing complex projects, and a deep understanding of security technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level security solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the testing and validation of new security solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or IT environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
