Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions that support Teachers Federal Credit Union's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions using industry-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure solutions meet organizational requirements and are cost-effective.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from conception through implementation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and database design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
