Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design of internal technology solutions that power the firm’s operations and growth. This role involves influencing enterprise architecture decisions, partnering with leadership across functions, and delivering impactful solutions in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture solutions supporting Cherry Bekaert’s internal IT landscape
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technology strategies, roadmaps, and scalable solution designs
• Translate internal business requirements into secure, high-performing, and maintainable architecture solutions
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance processes, and documentation across systems
• Oversee integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity across applications, platforms, and data environments
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and enable innovation
• Partner with internal teams to guide implementation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions within internal IT environments
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and systems integration
• Ability to translate complex organizational needs into practical and scalable technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving internal systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in professional services or corporate IT environments is preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $148,200 - $237,000.
