Location: Virtual within the US. Travel is expected within the US at 50% - 75%.

About the role

As the lead end-to-end Architect in the Execution vertical, you will focus on Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and network analysis/transportation modeling for customers across the Americas region. The Enterprise Solution Architect partners with executive customer stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable solution architectures, orchestrating multiple functional workstreams spanning Transportation Management (BY TMS), Execution interoperability including Blue Yonder Network (BYN), and Warehouse Management (WMS).

In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Execution space and stay on the leading edge with our latest product innovations. You will serve as the functional liaison across key stakeholders, including customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end solution design across Transportation business processes, interoperable workflows, integrations, and Cognitive Agentic AI components.
  • Act as the solution authority for complex, transformational programs.
  • Lead business process analysis, solution design, and deployment execution including Order collaboration, Transportation planning, Transportation Execution, in-transit visibility, Financials, and Reporting.
  • Influence customers on industry and agentic AI best practices and design.
  • Collaborate to evolve integration strategy and ensure seamless data/process flow across solutions.
  • Ensure successful go-live through validation, issue resolution, and data integrity checks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison across project stakeholders (PMs, architects, executives, clients).
  • Act as a Project and Practice mentor to Blue Yonder associates.
  • Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities within existing engagements.
  • Support effort estimation, resource planning, and business value impact assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of specific implementation experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management solution.
  • Knowledge of Execution-based workflows between Transportation, Warehousing, and visibility solutions.
  • Knowledge of Planning and Transportation interoperable workflows is preferred.
  • Transportation Modeling and Logistics Procurement implementation experience.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder systems, either as a customer or as a consultant implementing solutions for customers.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale TMS implementations, including complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP may be considered.

Skills

  • Strong business analysis skills, including understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, and awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive-level audiences.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred.

Pay

The salary range reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors. This role is also eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
