Essential Duties
- Responsible for end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.
- Providing IT support for various devices/technologies including the network devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity issues, OS issues, Outlook/Microsoft Office support, Video Teleconference (VTC), etc.
- Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
- Execute scripts and answer calls.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
- Open and close tickets.
- Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
