About the role
A Technical Project Manager is needed to lead projects and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires 5+ years of professional project management experience, solid technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, hands-on Agile experience, risk management abilities, team leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, quality assurance, and relevant experience with AWS, CI/CD, server deployment automation, and open-source tools.
Responsibilities
- Utilize bleeding-edge technology and robust techniques to manage projects effectively.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ensure alignment and success among stakeholders through stakeholder management.
- Implement Agile methodologies and identify/mitigate project risks.
- Motivate diverse teams and take an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards and are of logical, simple, and effective solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional project management experience.
- Solid understanding of effective communication.
- Track record of ensuring alignment and success among stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks.
- Skill in identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Strong ability to convey technical concepts.
- Proactive approach to implementing solutions.
- Experience in ensuring deliverable standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience building CI/CD and server/deployment automation solutions.
