Enterprise Sales Rep
About the role
Own and run full-cycle sales for a territory of enterprise/named accounts, from prospecting through close. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, working closely with SDRs and marketing-sourced leads, as well as self-sourced outbound. Run discovery to understand prospects' security architecture, pain points, and buying process, and tailor the sales approach accordingly. Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demos, proofs of concept, and security/technical evaluations. Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees (security, IT, procurement, legal, executive sponsors) to drive deals to close. Negotiate contract terms and pricing in partnership with sales leadership and legal, and manage the procurement/security-review process common in enterprise cybersecurity deals. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and provide regular updates to sales leadership. Represent Neo Security at regional events, conferences, and customer meetings across the Chicago area and broader territory. Build strong relationships with customers post-sale to support renewals, expansion, and referenceability. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota.

Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical B2B SaaS product.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, with experience closing six-figure-plus annual contract value deals.
- Experience selling to security and/or IT buyers (CISOs, security engineers, IT/infrastructure leaders) and navigating technical evaluations.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills — able to diagnose a prospect's security posture and map it to a compelling business case.
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long-ish sales cycles typical of enterprise security purchases.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard sales tools (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to technical and executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Based in or near Chicago, IL, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule and travel regionally for customer and prospect meetings as needed.
