New Business Development
Proactively prospect and qualify new healthcare employer accounts, including hospital and health systems, community health centers, large medical groups, and healthcare staffing firms.
Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through targeted email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner referrals, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition.
Conduct high-impact discovery calls and meetings to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment challenges, then translate those into tailored job posting and media solutions.
Job Posting & Network Sales
Position HCC and our 200+ association job boards as a unified, extended-reach solution that delivers targeted access to physicians, nurses, allied health, and other healthcare professionals.
Sell single and multi-post packages, duration-based postings, and subscription/job slot solutions that align with employer hiring volumes and budget.
Lead consultative conversations on network distribution, helping employers understand how jobs will flow across HCC and association sites to maximize qualified applicants.
Digital Media & Employer Branding
Pack and sell digital media solutions that complement job postings, including banner ads, featured employer profiles, newsletter placements, and sponsored content across HCC and partner job boards.
Educate clients on how to use brand campaigns, talent pipelines, and content marketing to attract passive candidates and build long-term awareness in key clinical specialties.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine inventory, positioning, and pricing for new advertising and sponsorship offerings as they come to market.
Territory & Relationship Management
Own a defined book of business and territory plan, including target accounts, outreach cadences, and revenue goals by segment.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with talent acquisition leaders, HR executives, and recruitment marketing stakeholders at key healthcare accounts.
Serve as a strategic advisor, regularly reviewing performance, sharing insights, and recommending optimizations to job posting mix and media campaigns.
Collaboration & Feedback Loop
Partner closely with association relations and partner success teams to coordinate employer outreach that supports association career center revenue goals.
Provide structured feedback from employers on product gaps, pricing, and competitive dynamics to inform HCC and network roadmap decisions.
Work with marketing to develop sales enablement content, case studies, and campaigns that support pipeline generation and deal progression.
Sales Process, Forecasting & Performance
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring a disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and deal management.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, including deal probabilities, timelines, and risk, with clear communication to leadership.
Track and report on key performance metrics such as new logo acquisition, job posting volume, average deal size, renewal and expansion rates, and total booked revenue.
