Enterprise Sales Development Representative - US
About the role
We’re launching in New York and need someone to join our early Enterprise SDR team. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and fueling the pipeline for our growing U.S. team. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine our outreach strategy and help establish us as a major player in the region.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality prospecting activity and contribute qualified pipeline for the U.S. sales team.
- Become knowledgeable with Aibidia’s industry, market, product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and KBPs (Key Buying Personas).
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach to engage enterprise tax and finance leaders.
- Utilise our intent and AI tech stack to compose personalized, problem-led messaging that resonates with senior tax and transfer pricing leaders.
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to engage and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
- Work with and influence our prospecting playbooks, containing KPIs aligned to your targets (generating qualified pipeline).
Requirements
Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. Strong and demonstrable ability to consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline through disciplined outbound execution in the U.S. Comfortable working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce. Experience working intent data, AI for outreach personalisation and closely with Marketing functions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively engage CFOs, Heads of Tax, and other senior decision-makers.
Qualifications
Prior SDR experience in an international facing role. Experience working in International Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Consulting. Skills in creative cold outreach i.e. Loom and video-based outreach. Solid LinkedIn presence.
Benefits
The base salary is $65,000 - $75,000. This position is also eligible for commission through a well-defined plan. The total package is determined by several factors, including location, skills, and overall experience.
