Enterprise Sales Consultant - Specialist - AI Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Build a realistic digital workspace centered on tools and workflows (Slack, Teams, Jira, Confluence).
• Design multi-step tasks to challenge frontier AI agents by navigating multiple apps, files, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account executives and enterprise sales experts to design environments and review scenarios for realism.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for enterprise-sales agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, informing how leading labs train and evaluate AI systems.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 5+ years of full-time account-executive or B2B enterprise-sales experience carrying a quota.
• Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing to translate sales workflows into structured task specs.
• PREFERRED:
• Background in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales, strategic/named-account sales, field sales, inside sales, or solutions-led selling.
• Experience in new-logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, channel, partner, or co-sell motions.

Compensation & Legal

Hourly contractor, paid on an effective hourly rate.
