Enterprise Saas Account Executive
The Enterprise Account Executive opportunity is available with a growing SaaS/Healthcare company that supports the senior care industry with solutions improving hiring, training, retention, and overall experience management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise healthcare organizations
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
- Lead tailored discovery conversations and solution presentations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with BDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS and/or healthcare tech preferred)
- Experience selling into enterprise or multi-location organizations - post acute care, long-term care, hospice, homecare
- SaaS products are KEY
- Proven quota attainment up to $1M
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles
- Highly organized, self-driven, and growth-oriented
