About the role
This is a remote position. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Principal Program Analyst to lead and elevate Enterprise Resilience across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mature CommonSpirit Health’s Enterprise-wide Emergency Management program to achieve and sustain compliance and industry standards.
- Implement new business continuity, cyber recovery, and enterprise resilience solutions, systems, and plans—designing end-to-end recovery strategies, integration patterns, and technical controls across clinical, operational, and IT environments to ensure rapid, coordinated recovery and minimal patient impact.
- Partner with clinical, IT, and operational teams across CommonSpirit’s hospitals, clinics, and support services to operationalize resilience controls, close compliance gaps, and protect patient care and safety across all served jurisdictions.
- Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise resilience. This includes designing response and recovery plans for new clinical and technology services, authoring system-specific plans and runbooks, and leading realistic exercises and tabletop simulations with care delivery, IT and supply chain partners.
- Collaborate with regional resilience leads and site leaders to harmonize crisis management, continuity, and recovery procedures across CommonSpirit's footprint, balancing enterprise standardization with local regulatory and operational requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clinical executives, operational leaders, and IT partners to foster and embed a culture of resilience within care delivery and enterprise operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 10 years progressively responsible experience driving technical resilience programs across crisis management, enterprise resilience, IT disaster recovery, business continuity, cyber resilience, or closely related domains—preferably within complex healthcare, large-scale enterprise, or highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives, building and maturing resilience frameworks, and delivering measurable reductions in downtime, risk exposure, and recovery times.

Pay
The posted compensation range of $52.27 - $86.25 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 80 hours per week.
