Enterprise Renewals Specialist (Remote, West Coast)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Renewals Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role will focus on protecting and expanding recurring revenue through strategic renewal management across a SaaS environment. The specialist will partner closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure a smooth contract renewal process for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to balance urgency with precision in a fast-paced setting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue through renewal contracts
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop renewal strategies
• Support expansion strategies tied to renewals
• Negotiate contract terms and manage the renewal closing process
• Prepare and present renewal sales proposals well in advance of expirations
• Research client usage and provide tailored renewal recommendations
• Act as a subject matter expert on subscription management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise renewals or related roles
• Proven understanding of the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model
• Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and partnership skills
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve business processes

Pay

$110,000 – $160,000 annually
