Enterprise Renewals Specialist (Remote, Central Region)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Renewals Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on protecting and growing recurring revenue across enterprise accounts through disciplined renewal execution. You will partner closely with sales and customer-facing teams to manage commercial terms, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn risk in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The position requires strong attention to pricing, negotiation, and subscription lifecycle management, with a focus on supporting long-term customer relationships and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow and protect annual recurring revenue by securing pre-expiration renewal contracts
• Collaborate with sales teams to align renewal strategies and commercial terms
• Implement expansion strategies during renewal discussions, including upsells and module upgrades
• Manage and execute renewal processes, with a focus on pricing and terms negotiation
• Prepare and present renewal sales offers 90-120 days prior to contract expiration
• Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management for enterprise clients
• Identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies for at-risk accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success
• Experience with SaaS subscription renewals and annual recurring revenue models
• Proficient in MS Excel, Salesforce.com, and/or Salesforce CPQ
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to form strong business partnerships
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to embrace fast-paced environments
• Proven skills in utilizing AI technologies for improved business outcomes

Pay

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 annually
